10xAgency provides product strategy, design, web development, mobile engineering, and growth-focused implementation services. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are documented in each agreed project proposal or statement of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, access to necessary assets, and approval of deliverables within agreed timelines. Delays caused by client-side dependencies may affect schedules.
4. Payments and Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees, payment schedules, and refund terms will be specified in the relevant proposal or invoice. Work may be paused or delayed if payments are not made as agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for delivered work, clients retain ownership of agreed project deliverables, while 10xAgency retains rights to its pre-existing tools, templates, and general methods. Any third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the project and use it only for the purpose of fulfilling the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
10xAgency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except to the extent prohibited by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms. Upon termination, all unpaid fees remain due for work completed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10xAgency operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
